It’s already been 100 days since Kanda and Concilio joined forces to become the leading multi-party, and multi-disciplinary, independent consultancy in the industry.

Kanda’s expertise in community and stakeholder engagement, strategic planning communications, and creative and digital design has been significantly strengthened by both agencies coming together, providing an unrivalled client offer in London, Cambridge and across the country.

We worked quickly to integrate the two teams, creating a combined force that is already delivering for clients across the built environment, public affairs, and creative media.

Some highlights from the first 100 days:

Created the UK’s largest independent agency in the built-environment

Began the party conference cycle – with Kanda at every major party conference

Landmark consents – including legacy projects and some of London’s largest upcoming developments

Brought our London and Málaga design offices together to create an industry-leading creative agency

Launched our council leadership event programme, starting with Cllr Victor Chamberlain

Shared knowledge and skills across both teams to embed best practice, including a responsible and practical approach to AI in project delivery

Deepened our presence in Cambridge and the south of England

Given clients access to larger teams, better resources and more senior counsel

We’ve hit the ground running. But what’s next?

We’re excited to push the boundaries of what’s possible, and expected, in the industry, so watch this space.
