Kanda is delighted to have worked with Espalier Ventures on the proposals for 68-86 Clapham Road, delivering 134 co-living beds, residential homes, and a dedicated educational space on a long-vacant site in Oval.

The proposals were unanimously approved by Lambeth’s Planning Committee following support from two local residents’ groups and a ward councillor, all eager to see the site brought back into active use. Members of the committee praised the project for the strong support secured from community stakeholders.
