Communications campaign for Southwark’s largest residential scheme
Kanda played a key role in helping Greystar introduce themselves to the Bermondsey community and build trust around the largest residential scheme in Southwark. At a time when confidence in delivery was low, we ensured all communications reflected Greystar’s brand, balancing professionalism with warmth and approachability.
We designed a suite of communication materials, including printed collateral to support doorstep engagement, e-newsletters, detailed reports outlining the proposals, a targeted social media campaign, a project website, and a photographic report capturing the people and character of Southwark. These design outputs helped build familiarity and trust in the brand, strengthened community relationships, and were instrumental in securing planning approval.
