Community engagement campaign for new homes at Bromley South
The John Lewis Partnership appointed Kanda to support the redevelopment of Waitrose Bromley South, which aimed to deliver 353 build-to-rent homes while modernising the existing store. A key focus was ensuring that all communications built trust and accurately reflected the John Lewis brand, with a strong emphasis on consistency, professionalism, and brand heritage.
To achieve these goals, Kanda produced a set of design and communication materials that aligned with strict brand guidelines. This included a dedicated project website for information and feedback, printed materials such as flyers, postcards, posters, and event packs, as well as signage, business cards, name badges, and newspaper ads. We also developed reports to summarise the proposals and capture community insights.
