Following the Mayor of London’s call-in of the application earlier this week, the Hammersmith & Fulham site has now been approved by the Greater London Authority. The development will deliver £42m of investment in new school facilities alongside 307 new homes in White City (including 90 new social rent homes), while securing the long-term future of one of the borough’s best performing schools.

Kanda is delighted to have led the community consultation and stakeholder engagement for London Square on the proposals. Our team engaged with local residents, parents, pupils, staff and stakeholders throughout the process, helping to shape a scheme that delivers significant public benefits for families in the borough.

It was a pleasure to work with the wider project team, including Quod, TP Bennett and Pick Everard.
