At Kanda we strive to recognise the growth and hard work of our colleagues, and so are celebrating the promotions of four talented individuals.

Congratulations to:

All four have contributed significantly to Kanda during their time here, and their promotions reflect their hard work and dedication.

Harry joined Kanda straight out of university having studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of York. Harry joined us as an intern and has worked on several of our significant projects at Kanda, including the redevelopment of St. Mary’s Wharf in Guildford which was approved late last year. Notably, since joining Kanda, Harry has found a particular niche for working in both RBKC and Croydon, finding success with numerous projects in these areas.

Ruby has been a member of the Kanda team for the past two years, working in the London team.  Prior to that, Ruby gained a Bachelors Degree in Politics and International Relations from Nottingham Trent University, before joining a planning communications agency. Ruby has worked on a number of our most significant and exciting projects at Kanda, including the Canada Water Dockside project which recently achieved planning approval.

After completing his undergraduate in Philosophy and Politics and an MA in Political Theory, Cameron joined Kanda with a considerable understanding of the UK political system, being particularly interested in the moral and ethical implications of public policy and its implementation. With this as his foundation, over the last year Cameron has since developed his knowledge of the planning and property sector, first as part of the Central London team covering projects in Westminster and the City of London and now as part of the London One team.

Emily joined Kanda straight out of university having studied Politics at the University of Liverpool and gaining a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law from the University of Manchester. Emily is working on a number of our most significant projects at Kanda, including the redevelopment of the former Peek Freans Biscuit Factory in Bermondsey, the University of East London’s Stratford Campus, and the Aylesham Centre in Peckham. Most recently, Emily has been working with Native Land, assisting with the delivery of a new permanent LGBTQ+ cultural space at Bankside Yards in Southwark.

Congratulations Harry, Ruby, Cameron, and Emily! We look forward to seeing you continue to grow at Kanda.
