THREE Kanda approvals in one night at Lambeth Planning Committee!..

…bringing the total to FOUR major planning approvals in a fortnight.

Last night’s success follows on from Vauxhall Square’s approval at Lambeth’s 8th September Planning Committee, meaning four sites, four approvals, and the green light for nearly 4,000 much-needed homes.

Alongside the new homes, the planning consents collectively pave the way for new education, commercial and retail spaces, alongside new public spaces and greening.
