Isabelle advises clients on navigating complex political, stakeholder and community dynamics to unlock development and regeneration opportunities. Specialising in schemes where political, community and commercial interests intersect, she works with clients to understand the priorities of elected representatives, stakeholders and local communities, using insight and intelligence to shape engagement strategies, manage risk and build support for some of London’s most exciting development projects.

Having worked with local authorities and politicians across the political spectrum, Isabelle has extensive experience navigating changing administrations, evolving policy priorities and shifting local dynamics. She has supported projects in areas represented by Labour, Conservative, Liberal Democrat and Green politicians, helping clients respond effectively to the political context surrounding development and regeneration.

Her experience spans some of London’s most complex masterplan, regeneration and mixed-use developments, including the Canada Water Dockside Masterplan, the Cambridge Road Estate and 8 Albert Embankment.

Her clients include developers, Great Estates, retailers, educational institutions and public sector organisations. Notable clients include The Crown Estate, British Land, Derwent London, Art-Invest, the London Fire Brigade, Vistry Group and Related Argent.
