About the team: Kanda Strategic Communications practice
We are a small, busy, and fun team, proud to be working with some of the largest organisations in the built environment. No two projects are the same – our work is interesting and challenging. As a team, we are adaptable and have a broad skill set in communications, political engagement, corporate communications and reputation management, PR, social media, events, and community engagement. The Account Manager role will complement the skills we have already on the team and will be a valuable and welcome addition to our growing practice.
About the role: Account Manager (Strategic Communications Practice)
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter for this exciting new role in our newest practice – Kanda Strategic Communications. As an account manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day project management and delivery of our client projects and will also support the marketing of our agency.
Reporting to one of the Associate Directors you will be a key point of contact for our clients; responsible for planning and setting up projects, ensuring that projects are kept on track and key targets are met. Utilising your marketing and communications skills you will also be generating materials such as newsletters and social media campaigns, liaising with our in-house creative studio, copywriting collateral, audience mapping, and monitoring. You have ideally managed marketing projects and campaigns in the past and understand project management as well as marketing and engagement. You will also be able to utilise your project management skills to ensure that our events for senior-level built environment professionals run smoothly. You will be a creative thinker, but you will also be focused on delivery and finding solutions. Your attention to detail will enable you to take responsibility for signing off the account executive’s work and managing their day-to-day workload.

Salary range: £30,000 – £39,999 subject to experience, plus 10% annual discretionary bonus.
