Your role is to provide support to the Head of People & Culture in delivering efficient administrative assistance and provide cover for annual leave. You will be line managed by the Head of People & Culture.

General and Administrative

  • Support Head of People & Culture on ad-hoc projects
  • Management of Timetastic; inputting TOIL, sickness etc.
  • Monitoring and actioning key team dates – leavers, marriage and baby births etc.
  • Send out probation letter and benefits following passed probation meeting
  • Organisation of Kandie of the Month process
  • Survey creation on Typeform
  • Responding to appropriate queries on the @HR email group

Onboarding and Exiting

  • Posting job adverts on job boards such as Wk4MP and liaising with our in-house team in posting job on our website and LinkedIn
  • Maintenance of HR database ensuring key information remains updated such as new joiners, promotion and leavers
  • Onboarding and exiting of starters and leavers; diarising meetings with key personnel, diarising training such as GDPR, WCC introduction, intro to Studio, intro to Digital Engagement etc. Ensuring website is up to date regarding personnel
  • Set up of new starter equipment / collection of equipment – liaising with RnD
  • Organise exit interview
  • Organise the updating of the organogram and website updates to reflect new joiners, leavers and promotions in the business

Training

  • Diarising training dates, setting up and organising logistics around the events, capturing feedback and attendees

Operations support

  • Supporting the Operations team with ad-hoc duties to cover annual leave i.e. Elevenses, setting up for company meeting, research for events
