Luke is a Director at Kanda specialising in political counsel, strategic communications and stakeholder engagement across the built environment. He has particular expertise in the City of London, Westminster and Wandsworth, alongside a growing portfolio of work across the Midlands, advising clients on complex development and regeneration projects and helping them navigate challenging political environments.
Luke works closely with clients to understand the political, community and commercial context surrounding their projects, and leads on stakeholder engagement, consultation and communications to build support, manage political and reputational risk and help projects progress through the planning process.
Prior to joining Kanda, Luke worked at the London Property Alliance, where he worked closely with leading developers, investors and property businesses and gained an in-depth understanding of the political, policy and commercial issues shaping the capital’s built environment. Earlier in his career, Luke worked for a property developer in the West Midlands and campaigned alongside MPs across the region, giving him first-hand insight into both the property market and political landscape across the Midlands.
His clients include Berkeley Group, BlackRock, Brookfield Properties, Derwent London, Royal London, The Ritz and Whitbread.
